By consolidating the procurement, vendor management, and distribution of a comprehensive suite of solutions, the University is now positioned to save money, increase efficiencies, and promote connectivity among faculty, students, and staff.
bConnected -- Google Apps for Education
bConnected --the Berkeley name for Google Apps for Education -- is a new cloud-based email and calendar platform to replace CalMail and CalAgenda. bConnected also provides a common campus Contacts list and document sharing service.

Box is a cloud-hosted platform that allows users to store, share, and collaborate with documents and other files. Box features an easy to learn interface, has edit and approval tracking, and allows online editing of MS Office documents.
