Software and Services

The Operational Excellence IT Productivity Suite Project provides a cloud-based email and calendar service, a choice of cloud-based document-sharing collaboration services, and a robust variety of software at no additional cost to students or campus departments. By consolidating the procurement, vendor management, and distribution of a comprehensive suite of solutions, the University is now positioned to save money, increase efficiencies, and promote connectivity among faculty, students, and staff.

What's Happening to CalMail?

Following migration, all CalMail accounts are read only -- users have 60 days to retrieve data (such as contact lists) before access is discontinued. Access for student accounts concludes June 28, 2013. CalMail accounts for all other individuals, departmental accounts and subdomains will be discontinued in early August, 2013, approximately 60 days following the final migrations to bConnected.
